Fidelity Investments plans to liquidate five ETFs, including Fidelity Disruptive Finance ETF (FDFF), on or about November 19, 2026.
The other funds are Fidelity Disruptive Medicine ETF (FMED), Fidelity Disruptors ETF (FDIF), Fidelity Metaverse ETF (FMET) and Fidelity Real Estate Investment ETF (FPRO). November 12, 2026, is expected to be their last full trading day: FDFF, FMED, FDIF and FMET on Nasdaq, and FPRO on Cboe. Shareholders may sell until market close that day, after which exchange trading ends and creation orders will no longer be accepted. Until liquidation, shareholders will be unable to sell on those exchanges, and another trading market may not exist. Each portfolio is expected to move into cash, cash equivalents or other liquid assets on or before liquidation.
