Angel Oak Financial Strategies Income Term Trust Announces Shareholder Approval of its New Investment Advisory Agreement

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Angel Oak Financial Strategies Income Term Trust (NYSE: FINS) (the “Fund”) announces that the Fund’s shareholders voted to approve the new investment advisory agreement between the Fund and Angel Oak Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser” or “Angel Oak”) at the special meeting of shareholders held on September 26, 2025.
