ARCHBOLD, Ohio, March 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of F&M Bank, with total assets of $3.28 billion at December 31, 2023, today announced that it has approved the Company’s quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share, which is a 4.8% increase over the 2023 first-quarter dividend. The first quarter dividend is payable on April 20, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2024.
