NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tidal Investments LLC today announced the launch of The Free Markets ETF (Ticker: FMKT), the first exchange-traded fund specifically designed to capitalize on companies benefiting from shifts in the regulatory environment supporting free market dynamics. The actively managed fund invests in U.S.-listed equity securities of companies that the fund’s investment sub-advisers expect to profit from deregulation trends across multiple sectors of the economy.

FMKT employs a proprietary AI-driven screening system that cross-references regulatory databases, company filings, and earnings calls to identify firms discussing specific regulatory relief opportunities in real-time. This innovative approach is combined with rigorous financial analysis focused on fundamental metrics.
