Over the past six months, GDS has reported strong fundamentals, including Q1 2026 net revenue of RMB3,367.1M (up 23.6% YoY) and net income of RMB2,652.1M (up 247.1% YoY), plus full‑year 2025 revenue of RMB11,432.3M with adjusted EBITDA of RMB5,403.5M. Despite this, shares fell after the May 20, 2026 earnings and board change news. Today’s AGM announcement follows prior governance and reporting milestones like the 2025 Form 20‑F filing on April 29, 2026.
