(TSXV: GHRT) (OTCQX: GHRTF) (the "Company") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to purchase up to a total of 4,175,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.85 per share to certain officers, directors, employees and key consultants of the Company, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable for a period of five years expiring on January 28, 2031, and will vest in three tranches over two years from the date of grant. The grant of the stock options remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
