Mr. Hamilton notified the Company on September 30, 2026 he purchased 1,000,000 of the Company’s shares on the open market, at an average price of $0.15 per share. Mr. Hamilton has purchased a total of 6.5 million shares of the company for a total of US$3.1 million over a series of eight separate transactions since January 2024.
