The annual Women MAKE Awards are given out by the Manufacturing Institute (MI), the workforce development and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers, and highlight women leaders in manufacturing, encouraging awardees to mentor and inspire the next generation of women in the field. The awards are part of the MI's Women MAKE initiative, a platform for women to showcase the wide-ranging and dynamic opportunities available in manufacturing.
Davis is named a Women MAKE Emerging Leader for her early-career ability to take on engineering challenges and deliver solutions that meet the needs of Goodyear's customers and consumers. In addition, Davis began a reverse mentoring program with Goodyear's Global Engineering team and mentors both students and new Goodyear associates.

Yu's finance leadership in Goodyear's expansion and sustainability initiatives are recognized with the 2025 Women MAKE Awards Honoree designation. Her leadership in implementing Industry 4.0 automation and digitalization capabilities help advance Goodyear's manufacturing innovation in the region. Additionally, Yu is a coach to upcoming manufacturing and finance leaders at Goodyear and has been instrumental in forming partnerships with academic institutes to share STEM careers with students.
