AKRON, Ohio, March 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's Taylor Davis, staff electrical engineer, and Jingwei Yu, finance director, Asia Pacific Operations, have been recognized as 2025 Women MAKE Awards Winners.

The annual Women MAKE Awards are given out by the Manufacturing Institute (MI), the workforce development and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers, and highlight women leaders in manufacturing, encouraging awardees to mentor and inspire the next generation of women in the field. The awards are part of the MI's Women MAKE initiative, a platform for women to showcase the wide-ranging and dynamic opportunities available in manufacturing.

Davis is named a Women MAKE Emerging Leader for her early-career ability to take on engineering challenges and deliver solutions that meet the needs of Goodyear's customers and consumers. In addition, Davis began a reverse mentoring program with Goodyear's Global Engineering team and mentors both students and new Goodyear associates.
