Security First Insurance deployed Guidewire InsuranceNow to modernize core operations for homeowners and dwelling fire lines, aiming to enhance agent and customer service.

The deployment uses Guidewire Cloud Platform and Guidewire Professional Services to reduce vendor reliance, lower software maintenance costs, and enable multiple annual updates plus easier insurtech integrations via Guidewire Marketplace and PartnerConnect. Security First said the move supports continued service to Florida policyholders amid a challenging market and follows nearly 20 years of the company operating in the state.
