BERLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hims & Hers Health, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Eucalyptus, the parent company of Juniper, advancing its position as the world's largest consumer health platform. In Germany, the closing strengthens Juniper’s comprehensive, clinically rigorous, weight management offering with the technology, data, and infrastructure of Hims & Hers behind it.
