Emil Fajersson Joins as a Managing Director, Expanding Firm’s GP-Led Secondaries Advisory Capabilities

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE:HLI), the global investment bank, announced today that Emil Fajersson has joined the firm’s Capital Solutions Group as a Managing Director. Mr. Fajersson is based in New York and will join as a senior leader in the Equity Capital Solutions team as part of the firm’s continued expansion in GP-led secondaries advisory.

Mr. Fajersson joins the firm from Northleaf Capital Partners, where he was a Managing Director and Head of GP-led investments & Co-investments as well as Portfolio Manager of Northleaf’s Capital Opportunities Fund. Prior experience also includes serving as Principal at Vision Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, as well as roles with UBS Investment Bank, and with Macquarie’s infrastructure investment group.
