Houlihan Lokey Expands Its Global Financial Sponsors Group With Experienced Hire

Sherman Guillema Joins as a Managing Director in Dallas

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Houlihan Lokey (NYSE:HLI), the global investment bank, announced today that Sherman Guillema has joined the firm’s Financial Sponsors Group as a Managing Director. Mr. Guillema is based in Dallas and will further strengthen the firm’s coverage efforts for financial sponsors across the Southern United States.

Mr. Guillema joins from Lincoln International, where he was most recently a Managing Director in the Capital Advisory Group, covering financial sponsors and lenders across the U.S. Prior to Lincoln International, he held a number of positions for Armory Securities, Wedbush Securities, and EY, primarily focused on the mid-cap segment.
