Under the Agreement, and subject to TSXV approval, Fancamp may earn up to an 80% interest by funding $4,000,000 in exploration over four years and making cash and share payments to Harfang totaling a minimum of $100,000 and up to $200,000 over three years.
Fancamp can earn an initial 40% over two years by funding $1,500,000 and paying $100,000 (50% cash/50% shares). If Harfang exercises an option, a 51%/49% JV structure can apply; otherwise Fancamp may complete a second option by funding an additional $2,500,000 and making further $100,000 in payments. Fancamp will be operator and a high-resolution magnetic survey is planned for fall with fieldwork in spring.
