On August 8, 2025, the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) appointed three appraisers to determine the fair market value (FMV) of the regulated water and wastewater assets being acquired, as required under Texas regulation. The FMV determination will be the average of the three appraisals and the company expects to publicly disclose the FMV determination by early 2026.
