Hotchkis & Wiley launched an ETF share class for its Mid-Cap Value Fund (HWMV) on September 24, 2026.

The new share class uses the existing mutual fund’s portfolio and investment team, while its shares can trade on an exchange throughout the day. The strategy invests in 50–80 undervalued mid-sized companies, targeting businesses with sustainable cash flow and strong balance sheets. The launch follows ETF share classes for the International Value and Opportunities funds in July 2026 and the Global Value Fund in August 2026. Hotchkis & Wiley oversees $42 billion in actively managed equity and fixed-income portfolios.
