SG&A expenses increased by $21.2 million to $86.8 million in the first half of 2025 when compared with the same period in 2024 due to factors similar to those noted above for the second quarter of 2025. SG&A expenses include $10.9 million and $15.7 million of deal costs incurred during the second quarter and first half of 2025, respectively, related to the planned acquisition of IPG by Omnicom.

Balance Sheet
At June 30, 2025, cash and cash equivalents totaled $1.56 billion, compared to $2.19 billion at December 31, 2024 and $1.55 billion on June 30, 2024. Total debt was $2.96 billion at June 30, 2025, compared to $2.96 billion at December 31, 2024.

Share Repurchase Program
During the first half of 2025, the Company repurchased 7.4 million shares of its common stock at an aggregate cost of $188.3 million and an average price of $25.29 per share, including fees.
