Itron (NASDAQ: ITRI) is deploying its AMI Essentials for water in partnership with the City of Tucson to advance water conservation and operations. The program includes 250,000 Itron Cellular 500W modules, Itron’s cellular Network-as-a-Service and Temetra meter data management.

Itron (NASDAQ: ITRI) announced on November 19, 2025 that Connected Lighting Solutions (CLS), a division of Beacon Lighting Group, has joined the Itron Engage Sales Channel Partner Program in Australia.
CLS will support deployment of Itron smart lighting technologies including Networked Lighting Controller (NLC) hardware and the CityEdge software platform, providing local technical support, procurement simplification, on-site presence, and end-to-end project services to utilities and councils.

Itron (NASDAQ: ITRI) announced a contract with Northumbrian Water to deploy 330,000 Aquadis+ water meters with Cyble 5 modules in northeast England, with deployment underway and expected to complete by 2029. The meters will connect via a LoRaWAN network from partner Connexin and collect hourly reads (with 15-minute reads between 1–3 a.m.) to improve leakage detection and billing accuracy.
The deal is Itron’s third Cyble 5 contract in the U.K. and is described alongside Itron’s broader work with Severn Trent and Yorkshire Water that involves deploying over one million Itron water meters equipped with Cyble 5 across the regions.
