The acquisition is strategically significant, enhancing Hoozu’s services and expanding its influencer marketing reach. Financial terms were not disclosed. Legal counsel for Hoozu was provided by McInnes Wilson, while Hitch Advisory and make consulting group advised 26 Talent.
