NEW YORK, Aug. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- J.P. Morgan Asset Management today announced the upcoming liquidation and dissolution of the JPMorgan Carbon Transition U.S. Equity ETF (JCTR) and JPMorgan Climate Change Solutions ETF (TEMP).

Shareholders may buy and sell their shares prior to the delisting date at market prices on NYSE Arca. The last day of trading for the ETFs on NYSE Arca is October 3, 2025.

Proceeds from the liquidation will be distributed to shareholders at net asset value on or about October 10, 2025.

Shareholders who continue to hold shares of the ETFs on the designated liquidation date will receive a liquidating distribution of cash deposited into their brokerage account equal to the amount of the net asset value of their shares.

Shareholders who receive a liquidating distribution generally will recognize a capital gain or loss equal to the amount received for their shares over their adjusted basis in such shares if shares are held in a taxable account. Such shareholders should consult their tax advisor about the potential tax consequences.
