SEATTLE, Feb. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Longmont, CO in fall 2025.

The 28,000 square-foot store will be located in Harvest Junction, a popular shopping center that includes Marshall's, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, Ross Dress for Less and more. Harvest Junction is owned and managed by an affiliate of Pine Tree and is ideally located off of Highway 119/Ken Pratt Boulevard in Longmont, Colorado.
