Net sales for the second quarter 2025 increased to $823 million compared to $773 million in the prior year period, driven primarily by an increase in average realized sales price.

Cash Flow and Liquidity

Adjusted EBITDA of $141 million reported in the first half of 2025 and cash on hand funded $53 million of working capital, $82 million of capital investments, $22 million of interest payments, and $26 million of cash returned to stockholders through quarterly dividends.

As of June 30, 2025, the Company had total liquidity of $538 million consisting of cash and cash equivalents of $13 million and borrowing availability under the Company's Revolving Credit Facility of $525 million. There were $33 million of outstanding borrowings under the Revolving Credit Facility as of June 30, 2025.

On July 15, 2025, the Company announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.77 per share, which will be paid on August 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 25, 2025.

2025 Outlook

For the full year 2025, the Company maintains an outlook for a 5% to 10% year-over-year increase in Conversion Revenue and raises the Adjusted EBITDA outlook to improve 10% to 15% year-over-year.
