metal cutting technical
"provide advanced metal cutting solutions and application expertise"
Metal cutting is the group of manufacturing processes that shape metal by removing material with tools or machines—examples include turning, milling, drilling, grinding and shearing. Like carving a block of wood to make a finished object, metal cutting turns raw metal into parts with specific dimensions and surface finish. It matters to investors because the choice of cutting methods and equipment affects production speed, unit cost, quality, maintenance needs and capital spending, all of which influence margins and scalability.
machining strategies technical
"evaluate tooling, refine machining strategies and improve manufacturing performance"
Machining strategies are the planned methods and sequences a manufacturer uses to cut, shape and finish metal or other materials with tools such as drills, mills and lathes. They matter to investors because those choices determine production speed, unit cost, product precision and equipment needs—like a cook choosing recipes and tools, better strategies can lower costs, improve quality and affect margins, capacity and capital spending.
