LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Learn CW Investment Corporation (NYSE: LCW) (“Learn CW” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 23,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, which includes 3,000,000 units issued pursuant to the exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option, for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of $230,000,000. The Company’s units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “LCW.U” on October 8, 2021. Each unit issued in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on NYSE under the symbols “LCW,” and “LCW.WS,” respectively.

Evercore ISI acted as the sole book-running manager in the offering.
