Life EV Holdings holds a significant equity position in LEV Manufacturing, Inc., the U.S.-based manufacturer that acquired the premium electric bicycle brand Serial 1 from Harley-Davidson. LEV Manufacturing is in the process of activating operations within a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), which will provide tariff advantages, cost efficiencies, and enhanced competitiveness for U.S.-based assembly.
