autonomous car insurancetechnical
Insurance for vehicles that operate with little or no human control, covering crashes, software failures, cybersecurity breaches and related costs when the car is driving itself. It matters to investors because it reshapes who carries financial risk—shifting claims from individual drivers to manufacturers, software providers or fleet operators—so it affects premiums, potential losses, regulatory exposure and the business models of automakers, insurers and tech suppliers much like changing the pilot in a plane changes who the airline pays when something goes wrong.
full self-driving (supervised)technical
A driving software package that automates many steering, braking and navigation tasks but still requires a human to watch the road and be ready to take control at any moment. For investors, it signals potential for higher vehicle features, recurring software revenue and competitive differentiation, while also carrying regulatory, safety and liability risks similar to giving an airplane autopilot that still needs a pilot to monitor it.
bundledfinancial
Bundled describes when multiple products, services, or fees are packaged and sold together as a single offering instead of individually. Like buying a meal combo rather than separate items, bundling can simplify purchasing, raise average sale value, and encourage customers to stay with a supplier, but it can also obscure individual price margins and attract regulatory or reimbursement scrutiny. Investors watch bundling because it affects sales growth, profit margins, and competitive or legal risk.
