Techlott (OTCQB: LOTT) signed a definitive five-year platform and services agreement with the exclusive lottery and gaming license holder in The Gambia, executed on August 6, 2026. The contract, which converts a prior framework into a binding deal, makes Techlott the technology backbone for the Operator’s nationwide lottery deployment.
Techlott will implement and customize the platform to Gambian regulatory requirements, handle information security, testing and staff training before launch, then provide hosting, DevOps, server management, security maintenance, monitoring and code-level support. Compensation is a tiered percentage of gross platform revenue plus minimum payments of $7,000 per month beginning August 15, 2026, starting contracted revenue this month. The agreement runs five years from launch, auto-renewing for 24-month periods, but either party may terminate for convenience with 90 days’ written notice. Techlott now contracts directly with the license holder, and expects live operations to launch in the coming months.
TechLott (OTCQB: LOTT), formerly AppYea (APYP), announced its corporate rebranding and new ticker, effective at the June 3, 2026 market open. The new identity aligns with its focus on regulated lottery infrastructure, the NeoDraw modular platform, verifiable randomness, audit-ready records and B2B/B2G deployments for licensed operators.
