LQWD Technologies (LQWDF) has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry of 1,666,667 outstanding common share purchase warrants issued in a September 2025 non-brokered private placement.

Each warrant is exercisable at C$2.00 per share and is currently set to expire on September 24, 2026; LQWD seeks to extend this to September 24, 2028 with the exercise price unchanged. The existing acceleration clause remains, allowing LQWD to shorten the term if the volume-weighted average price reaches C$2.50 for 10 consecutive trading days. Approximately 1.2% of these warrants are held by insiders, and none have been exercised to date. LQWD reports about 31.9 million shares outstanding, 42.7 million fully diluted, and a treasury of roughly 267 Bitcoin with no debt.
