Yorkville America Equities, adviser to Truth Social Funds, announced the completion of the acquisition and reorganization of the Point Bridge America First ETF into the Truth Social Funds suite. Effective June 12, 2026, the fund is now the Truth Social America First ETF, trading on NYSE Arca under ticker MAGA.
Point Bridge Capital remains sub-adviser, with founder Hal Lambert continuing as portfolio manager to maintain the existing America First investment thesis and continuity for shareholders. The rules-based ETF screens U.S.-listed companies whose employees and PACs have historically directed campaign contributions primarily to Republican candidates and causes. The addition of MAGA brings the Truth Social Funds lineup to seven ETFs, including five index-tracking Truth Social ETFs and the Truth Social God Bless America ETF (YALL). The fund’s stated expense ratio is 0.72%.
