Recent Company History

Over the last few months, MDA Space issued multiple operational updates, including new contracts, product unveilings and a market update. Notable items include early commitments for MDA CHORUS™ data on May 5, 2026 and a large Airbus antenna order on April 20, 2026. A market update on Artemis changes on March 24, 2026 coincided with a sharp negative move. Against this backdrop, the AGM voting results reflect corporate governance continuity rather than a new operational catalyst.
