Glidepath Health Launches to Bring Operational Certainty to Cell and Gene Therapy Delivery

Company emerges from stealth with backing from AlleyCorp and A-Squared Ventures, and an exclusive technology license from leading global cancer center

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Glidepath Health today emerged from stealth to launch an AI-driven technology platform that orchestrates the complex logistics behind cell and gene therapy delivery. The company also announced an exclusive license agreement with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) covering a suite of patented products and technology, known as ImmunoChain, for complex clinical supply chain logistics developed at MSK.

Cell and gene therapies are among the most operationally demanding treatments in medicine. A single patient journey can span referral, insurance authorization, apheresis scheduling, manufacturing slot assignment, cryogenic shipping, and infusion, with dozens of handoffs across a hospital, a pharmaceutical sponsor, a manufacturing site, and multiple couriers. Compliance requirements today are tracked largely by hand, with critical drug product information documented and reviewed through manual, paper-heavy processes that leave little room for consistency or audit-ready traceability. The consequences reach patients: in a national analysis of commercially insured patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, only 5.4% of those eligible for chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy received it.¹

Glidepath Health uses technology and AI to connect the people, systems, and workflows behind every treatment journey. The platform maintains chain of identity and chain of custody from collection through infusion, coordinates apheresis and manufacturing scheduling together rather than sequentially, and gives every party, including the treatment center, sponsor, and manufacturer, a shared, real-time view of the same journey. The result is fewer avoidable delays, less administrative burden on care teams, and more patients moving through the capacity a program already has. This connectivity also gives CGT programs a centralized view of their business so they can track performance, manage resource and capacity utilization, and report quality measures.

Under the license agreement, Glidepath Health receives certain exclusive rights to develop and commercialize the ImmunoChain logistics technology. MSK and Glidepath Health are also exploring clinical implementation of the product in their cell therapy program. Financial terms were not disclosed.
