Mr. Gainsbury has served as the Company's interim Chief Financial Officer since March 1, 2026. His appointment formalizes his continued service in the role on a permanent basis. Mr. Richardson also served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer from September 21, 2020 until March 1, 2026, when Mr. Gainsbury was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer following the onset of Mr. Richardson's illness.
