First Quarter Fiscal 2027 Results (See attached table for GAAP and Non-GAAP measures)

Net sales increased
8.1% to , or increased$142.4 million 4.5% on a constant-dollar basis, compared to in the first quarter of fiscal 2026. The increase in net sales reflected increases across the Company’s owned and licensed brands and Movado Company Stores.$131.8 million U.S. net sales increased8.7% as compared to the first quarter of last year. International net sales increased7.6% (1.6% on a constant- dollar basis) as compared to the first quarter of last year. -
Gross profit was

The increase in gross margin percentage was primarily the result of the positive impact of channel and product mix and the increased leverage of certain costs over higher sales, partially offset by fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. -
Operating expenses were

This increase was primarily due to higher marketing expenses and an increase in performance-based compensation.
