Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

AI-generated analysis. How Rhea-AI works. Not financial advice.
Available now on compatible Apple devices, AI Companion allows educators to select any element on an Explain Everything page – including text, an image or a drawing – and generate content that fits naturally into their lesson.
From lesson plans, quizzes and vocabulary lists to suggested next steps and activities that deepen understanding, teachers can create additional materials without moving between platforms or interrupting their workflow. Generated content is placed directly within the Explain Everything canvas, where it can be adapted and incorporated into the lesson.
AI Companion can also create audio narrations, translate text for learners whose first language is not English and generate accessibility descriptions, helping educators respond to different needs without relying on additional tools.
AI Companion works entirely on the user's device, without an internet connection and ensuring that the data never leaves the device. Teachers can therefore use it wherever they work, while schools avoid the additional privacy administration associated with third-party processing.
Explain Everything, Promethean's award-winning lesson creation and delivery software, has been recognised by Apple as an App Store Editors' Choice and downloaded more than 25 million times worldwide. The platform brings content creation, presentation, recording and collaboration together on an infinite canvas. AI Companion joins intelligent tools including Image Playground™, Isolate Subject, Recognize Drawings and Scan Text, supporting image generation, subject isolation, drawing recognition and the digitisation of handwritten notes.
"Explain Everything has always been about giving content creators the freedom to create and deliver materials in the way that works best for them," said Michael Strand, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Promethean.
"AI Companion is a natural extension of that approach, bringing practical AI directly into the teaching workflow. By reducing the manual work involved in creating tailored and accessible content, it gives teachers more time to focus on adapting lessons and engaging learners."
Explain Everything AI Companion is available now on devices running iPadOS 27 or iOS 27 and later, with Apple Intelligence enabled.
