The PFS is based on a March 18, 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate using drilling completed to October 6, 2025 and excludes more than 50,000 metres from the ongoing 80,000 metre program. Multiple independent qualified persons contributed, and results from 2026 drilling are expected to feed into future reserve, resource, and economic studies.
Newcore Gold (TSX-V:NCAU, OTCQX:NCAUF) reported new diamond drill results from the 80,000-metre program at the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana, including hole NBDD088, which intersected 3.67 g/t Au over 25.3 m from 307.7 m, the highest grade-thickness intercept drilled to date at the Nyam Gold Deposit and located below the pits constraining current Mineral Reserves.
Four additional holes at Nyam intersected mineralization, including 1.26 g/t Au over 18.0 m (NBDD091) and 1.18 g/t Au over 14.0 m (NBDD087), generally above the existing resource grade. To date, 46,140 m in 288 holes have been reported from the ongoing program, with 99% of holes intersecting gold. Enchi currently hosts a Probable Mineral Reserve of 1.06 million oz and total Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources of over 2.1 million oz, with 2026 drill results yet to be incorporated into the Mineral Resource Estimate and Pre-Feasibility Study.
Newcore Gold (TSX-V: NCAU, OTCQX: NCAUF) reported the results of its Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2026, where shareholders approved all resolutions in the June 22, 2026 Information Circular.
According to Newcore Gold, shareholders set the board at six directors and re-elected incumbent directors Douglas B. Forster, Blayne Johnson, Luke Alexander, Omaya Elguindi, Ryan King and Michael Vint for the ensuing year. Initial capital is $351 million, with LOM AISC estimated at $2,290/oz and first three years’ AISC at $1,967/oz.
