Exchange Traded Concepts and xETFs launched the xETFs AI Bottlenecks ETF (NYSE Arca: NECK), an actively managed fund targeting companies positioned around critical constraints in the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
The ETF focuses on firms involved in memory, optics/photonics and networking, power and infrastructure, semiconductors and compute, and other emerging AI infrastructure bottlenecks where supply–demand imbalances may create opportunities. Portfolio selection considers the severity and durability of constraints, their economic significance, pricing power, valuation and competitive positioning. The fund may invest significantly in Asian issuers, foreign securities, derivatives, depositary receipts and small-cap companies, and is subject to risks including AI bottleneck concentration, geographic and industry concentration, and new-fund risk.
