(the "Company"), an indirect subsidiary of National Grid USA ("National Grid"), announced that its Board of Directors has issued a revised declaration of preferred dividends for the period Oct. 1, 2022 through Dec. 31, 2022 at the following rates for all outstanding series of its preferred stock:

• .85% on the $100 par value, 3.40% Series;
• .90% on the $100 par value, 3.60% Series;
• .975% on the $100 par value, 3.90% Series.

The preferred stock dividends are payable on Dec. 30, 2022, to holders of record on Dec. 19, 2022. The previously reported issuance of preferred dividends voted upon at the Nov. 17, 2022 meeting has been rescinded and replaced in its entirety with vote reported today.
