Ottawa, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 18, 2025) - Northern Graphite Corporation (TSXV: NGC) (OTCQB: NGPHF) (FSE: 0NG) (XSTU: 0NG) (the "Company" or "Northern") is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Moritz Hantel to the position of Chief Product Officer (CPO), effective immediately.

Dr. Hantel previously served as Vice President, Innovation & Product Management, and has been a key member of Northern Graphite's executive team since joining the Company in 2024. In his new role, Dr. Hantel will lead the Company's global product strategy, technology development, and customer solutions, with a focus on advancing Northern's strategy of becoming an integrated supplier of Battery Anode Material ('BAM') to the electric vehicle and energy storage sectors.

Dr. Hantel will continue to be based in Germany and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
