(“NHP”) today announced the public filing of a registration statement on Form S-11 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed public offering of its shares of Class A common stock. The offering will be subject to market conditions and other customary conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be commenced or completed. The number of shares of Class A common stock to be offered and the price range and other terms for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. NHP has applied to list its Class A common stock on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “NHP.”
