KYOTO, Japan--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nidec Corporation (TOKYO:6594) (OTC US: NJDCY) announced its consolidated financial results under the International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

The highlights are as follows:

Consolidated net sales increased Y/Y. In particular, MOEN (Appliance, commercial and industrial products) performed strongly, led by alternators, supported by robust demand for data centers in North America.

Recording of large impairment losses resulted in a consolidated operating loss.
