NuRAN Obtains Authorization for DRC Infrastructure License
NuRAN Wireless (OTCQB:NRRWF), a mobile and broadband wireless infrastructure solutions provider, has secured authorization for its infrastructure license to operate telecom sites in the Democratic Republic of The Congo (DRC). The company has successfully settled the license fee invoice, marking a crucial milestone in its expansion.
This development follows a similar Category 1 License obtained in Cameroon in October 2023. Importantly, the license approval fulfills the final condition for accessing the DRC portion of a US $5M Loan Facility for Energy Inclusion (FEI), managed by Cygnum Capital. NuRAN expects to complete the drawdown process within seven days.

The authorization was confirmed through the issuance of the license fee invoice, which has now been settled.
This milestone marks the culmination of a rigorous process involving extensive analysis and consultation with the DRC authorities. The license application was originally announced on November 16, 2023, and is similar in nature to the Category 1 License obtained in Cameroon, announced on October 17, 2023.
