Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 1, 2026) - Numinus Wellness Inc. (OTC Pink: NUMIF) ("Numinus" or the "Company") a mental health care company focused on innovative behavioral health treatments with a focus on safe, evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapies, today announced that it has filed all quarterly interim financial reports for fiscal year 2026 to May 31, 2026.

With the recent completion of the August 31, 2025, audit, together with the filings of the Company's outstanding interim financial reports for fiscal year 2026, the Company is positioned to satisfy the regulatory requirements necessary for the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") to have the current cease trade order (the "CTO") with respect to the Company revoked.

Concurrently, management shall continue with its previously announced application to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE").
