CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In accordance with the terms of RiverNorth/DoubleLine Strategic Opportunity Fund, Inc.’s 4.375% Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock (the “Preferred Stock”) (NYSE: OPPPRA), the Board of Directors of RiverNorth/DoubleLine Strategic Opportunity Fund Inc. has declared a Series A Preferred Stock partial cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2020 of $0.06684 per share of Series A Preferred Stock.

The following dates apply to the dividend declared:
