Orange and La Poste have announced a groundbreaking initiative to repurpose network equipment from the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Approximately 90% of Wi-Fi terminals and 78% of switches from Olympic sites will be installed at La Poste locations across France starting in 2025.

The partnership focuses on extending equipment lifespan and minimizing environmental impact, supporting both companies' CSR strategies and net-zero carbon goals by 2040. Orange Business built a managed Azure Stack HCI hybrid cloud service in Brazil, Costa Rica, France, and Singapore, integrating with TMF Group's existing Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services solutions.

The deployment, one of the largest Azure Stack HCI implementations to date, supports 11,000 employees across 125 offices in 87 jurisdictions. It connects TMF Group's on-premises system to Azure for cloud-based services, monitoring, and management. The solution provides TMF Group with a flexible, reliable, globally distributed, centrally managed, and cost-effective platform to embrace new digital delivery models and provide valuable insights to their clients.

Orange Business has successfully completed the first phase of a new data center and communications infrastructure for Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives (GEPD) in the Medical City within the New Administrative Capital.
