UiPath (PATH) released a global survey-based report on the state of agentic AI, highlighting that many large enterprises are stuck in pilot or limited-deployment phases and have not yet scaled to meaningful ROI.

Among 600 C‑Suite and IT leaders at $1B+ revenue companies, only 31% said AI is fully embedded in their business, while 35% use AI on a limited basis and 11% remain in pilot experimentation. Key challenges cited in optimizing agentic AI deployments were data quality and readiness (38%), integration with existing workflows and systems (37%), and governance and compliance (33%). The survey links better outcomes to business orchestration: of organizations that fully embedded orchestration, 89% said agentic implementations met or exceeded ROI expectations, reporting benefits such as more time for higher‑value work, tighter application integration, and improved oversight of workflows. Only 29% of organizations, however, say orchestration is fully embedded.

Hitesh Ramani, formerly Chief Accounting Officer and Deputy CFO, is promoted to Chief Financial Officer, leading global finance and accounting.
