CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Premier, Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC), a leading technology-driven healthcare improvement company, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 5% increase to the company’s quarterly cash dividend to $0.21 per share of Class A common stock issued and outstanding. The cash dividend will be payable on September 15, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 1, 2022.
