PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PPG (NYSE:PPG) today announced it received its second consecutive Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA), for its high employee engagement and notable workplace experience. This prestigious award annually recognizes high-performing companies that align their business strategies around employees. PPG received this award for embedding involvement and enthusiasm in its workplace culture to improve each stage of the employee life cycle.

  • Globally launched Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) learning journeys to all employees and leaders;
  • Grew its eight Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) to more than 8,600 members in 60+ countries;
  • Hosted more than 24,000 participants at ERN events and DE&I learning experiences to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging across the organization;
  • Promoted and encouraged the use of its Employee Assistance Program to all global employees, ensuring access to wellness tools and resources; and
