Gabello, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Ltd., has announced that the Board of Directors has declared a third quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.55 per share payable on September 30, 2020.  The cash dividend represents a 5% increase over the cash dividend paid in the third quarter 2019 of $0.52 as adjusted for the 2019 year-end 5% stock dividend.
