USA Rare Earth (USAR), Pasqal (PSQL) and Riven Systems announced a strategic partnership to develop next-generation separation technology for the rare earth value chain using quantum machine learning and autonomous experimentation.
Riven’s self-driving minerals separation lab will run thousands of automated experiments to generate training data on extractant selectivity, while Pasqal’s Neutral Atom quantum processing unit will benchmark quantum machine learning models against classical approaches. The work will be tailored to USA Rare Earth’s feedstocks, including material from the Round Top mine in Texas, third-party mixed rare earth carbonates and recycled magnet manufacturing swarf, with the aim of identifying more effective extractant molecules and improving processing efficiency across USA Rare Earth’s flowsheets.
Pasqal (PSQL) will release its first half 2026 financial results, covering the six months ended June 30, 2026, before the open of U.S. markets on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
The company will host a conference call with the financial community that same day at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results. A live webcast and an archived replay will be available on Pasqal’s investor relations website. Investors can join the call by dialing 1-877-497-9071 in the U.S. and Canada or 1-201-689-8727 for international participants.
Pasqal also announced its participation in two upcoming investor conferences. Chief Executive Officer Wasiq Bokhari and Chief Financial Officer Stéphane Rougeot are scheduled to attend the Jefferies European Disruptive Tech Conference in London on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and the Goldman Sachs Disruptive Technology Symposium in Paris on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Investors seeking meetings are directed to contact conference representatives.
Pasqal (PSQL) appointed Roberto Mauro as Chief Product Officer and Joëlle Lumb as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective with its Sept. 14, 2026 announcement, to support the commercial rollout of its neutral-atom quantum computing platform.
Mauro will lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, aligning hardware, software, cloud and services around priority customer needs and scalable, high-margin offerings. He brings 30 years of international experience, including senior roles at Samsung and Cisco and recent work expanding Pasqal’s Asia-Pacific presence and partnerships. Lumb will direct global people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development and culture, drawing on more than 15 years of C-suite HR experience at NielsenIQ and Nielsen across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
Pasqal (PSQL) signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding with LG CNS to develop scalable hybrid AI and quantum computing platforms in South Korea.
The partnership focuses on integrating Pasqal’s neutral-atom quantum computing hardware with LG CNS’s AI Haus environments and AI data center infrastructure to create high-performance hybrid systems for compute-intensive workloads. The MoU also covers operational integration, management and deployment of quantum resources within AI data centers, and joint pursuit of global commercial opportunities. The agreement aligns with Pasqal’s strategy to use South Korea as its strategic hub for Asia-Pacific operations and reinforces growing quantum and digital infrastructure ties between France and Korea.
Pasqal (PSQL) and True Nexus announced a milestone on September 2, 2026: using Pasqal’s neutral-atom quantum processors to encode selected protein structures linked to protein gelation, a core mechanism that shapes food texture and structure.
The partners combine AI-driven protein intelligence with neutral-atom quantum computing to begin mapping how protein structure determines functionality, with the goal of making protein behavior computationally accessible and ultimately programmable. The work targets applications across the global protein economy, including plant-based, halal and regional protein sources. The project is delivered through Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology as a flagship demonstration supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambition to build an AI and quantum hub, including a proposed Saudi Quantum DeepTech Foundry for broader sectors such as energy, environment, drug discovery, materials science and finance.
Pasqal (Nasdaq: PSQL) and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology’s National Center for Quantum Technologies have signed a multi-year research collaboration in Riyadh to advance quantum technologies and enhance post-quantum cryptography readiness in Saudi Arabia.
Pasqal’s neutral-atom quantum processors and cloud services will be integrated with KACST’s national research infrastructure to develop, test and package quantum‑safe cryptographic solutions, with an aim to bring commercial offerings to the Saudi market. Quantum cryptography is the initial focus within a broader program spanning multiple quantum domains.
The agreement extends Pasqal’s recent momentum in the Kingdom, including the inauguration of Saudi Arabia’s first quantum computer with Aramco in Dhahran, launch of the Middle East’s first commercial Quantum Computing‑as‑a‑Service platform, and plans for a joint venture with Eleven Ventures to deploy and scale quantum systems across Saudi Arabia and MENA.
Pasqal (Nasdaq: PSQL) announced the nine-member Board of Directors of Pasqal Holding SA, formed after its business combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II. The combined company’s ordinary shares are expected to start trading on Nasdaq under the ticker PSQL on August 28, 2026.
The Board is chaired in a non-executive capacity by co-founder and 2022 Physics Nobel laureate Alain Aspect. Other directors include CEO Wasiq Bokhari, Michel Combes as Lead Independent Director, and committee chairs Jean Raby (Audit), Andrew Gundlach (Compensation), and Barbara Dalibard (Nominating and Corporate Governance). Pasqal stated that a majority of the Board is independent under SEC and Nasdaq rules.
Pasqal Holding SA (Nasdaq: PSQL) and Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp.
