Initiatives Expected to Generate Annualized Cost Savings of Approximately
Company Reaffirms Guidance for the Third Quarter and Full Year of Fiscal Year 2026

The Company’s manufacturing facilities in
Fontana, California andSummerville, South Carolina will close within the next 60 days; -
The sites’ manufacturing operations, which represent approximately
6% of the Company’s year-to-date North American volume, will be absorbed by other facilities; and -
The
Fontana site’s Innovation and Research & Development functions will remain in operation.
