These activities represent milestones in the Company's ongoing commercialization strategy and are intended to support future commercial activities.

A key pillar of this strategy is Aegis' minority ownership interest in Malahat Energy Systems Inc., a certified Indigenous business majority owned by the Malahat Nation.
